Job Summary:

Provide a full range of administrative support to SVP, Head of Legal & Business Affairs, and 2 other attorneys in the Legal & Business Affairs department. The position will be based in Irvine, CA but will require occasional travel to Burbank, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative duties (e.g., copying, scanning, creating binders, organizing documents, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel
  • Manage calendars
  • Track legal workflow
  • Obtain signatures (physical and electronic) for contracts and documents
  • Maintain electronic filing system for contracts and documents
  • Collect and retrieve information from files as needed
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Draft letters and documents
  • Assist with accounting and payments
  • Implement and improve upon administrative processes
  • Additional administrative support as needed

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • AA or BA/BS degree
  • Proficient typist
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Strong aptitude for learning
  • Must demonstrate passion and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision, and as part of a team
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to take on increased responsibility

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience as executive/administrative assistant
  • Prior experience in a legal environment
  • Interest in the video game industry
